Founder & Managing Partner
Vincenzo bridges technical tax law and high-level business strategy. Before founding GEA, he was a partner at 4 Corners Inc. advising HNWIs on private equity and tax optimization, and built his institutional foundation at PricewaterhouseCoopers on Fortune 100 M&A.
He holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
A long-time expat himself, Vincenzo has advised clients across 180+ countries in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian, with a focus on complex structuring and high-stakes cross-border tax optimization.

With 20+ years international tax experience spanning boutique expat tax advisory, private wealth, and financial services firms including TIAA and Wells Fargo, he advises clients on tax-efficient global operations and long-term planning strategies.
Senior Advisor
Tony specializes in international tax planning and compliance for expats and cross-border individuals, with a particular focus on high-net-worth and global mobility clients.
With over 15 years public accounting experience from US and international expat tax firms, including working with Fortune 100 executives, and as a long-term expert himself, he brings a rigor and clarity to client work that complex international situations demand.
Engagement Advisor
Jovana has spent the past 8 years helping international clients navigate complex cross-border matters involving tax compliance, residency planning, investment considerations, and global mobility.
As an Engagement Advisor, she works closely with clients to understand their goals, identify key (cross-border) planning considerations, and coordinate with senior CPA teams to help bridge the gap between complex technical planning and practical client guidance.
Our clients are high-performers whose lives and businesses have outgrown "standard" tax advice. They don't share a single profile, but they share the same need: someone who can see the whole picture and advise on all of it, not just one piece.
come to us when their business structure hasn't kept pace with their growth and they want it fixed before it becomes expensive.
come to us when they're overpaying, under-optimized, or have never had a tax plan actually built around their situation.
come to us when complexity has accumulated across entities, foreign accounts, and estate plans that don't yet connect.
come to us when they're preparing to relocate, access the US market, or raise capital from US investors without creating lasting tax exposure.
come to us after a missed filing, a poorly structured entity, or an IRS notice, and they need a clean path forward.
The international tax and structuring world is fragmented by design. Tax firms handle compliance, law firms handle structure, banks handle accounts, and rarely does anyone talk to anyone else. For clients operating across borders, that gap is expensive.
We built Global Expat Advisors to close the gap. Our work brings together business structuring, tax strategy, and ongoing compliance under one roof, with advisors who understand how each decision affects the others. We bring the depth of institutional training — PwC, private equity advisory, multinational tax planning — to founders, expats, and cross-border families who need that level of expertise without the Big Four overhead.
And because we work as long-term partners, our clients don't need to re-explain their situation every year. We know it because we built it with them.
In 2010, our founder Vincenzo Villamena launched Online Taxman to solve a specific problem: reliable US expat tax preparation. But over time, the same need kept surfacing across different clients in different countries: they weren't just looking for a tax preparer; they were looking for a partner to advise on where to bank, how to structure, and when to act. They needed someone who could see the whole picture and stay involved as it evolved.
Global Expat Advisors (GEA) was built to answer that need directly. While Online Taxman continues to serve individuals who need reliable US expat tax preparation, GEA exists for the clients whose situations require an integrated, advisory-first approach to their global financial lives.
If your situation involves more complexity than your current advisors are equipped for, we'd like to help.
